Aero Teardrops, LLC Warranty

Aero Teardrops, LLC (the manufacturer) warrants each new Aero Teardrops trailer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) years from date of purchase. Aero Teardrops, LLC shall repair or replace, without charge, any parts found to be defective because of imperfect workmanship or materials, within a reasonable time after the trailer is returned at purchaser’s expense to Aero Teardrops, LLC. Due to design changes and improvements, Aero Teardrops, LLC reserves the right to substitute parts, materials or components with ones of equal value and quality.

Who is covered?

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser. The warranty may be transferred only once before the original 1 year policy has expired. Please contact Aero Teardrops, LLC to transfer the warranty upon the sale of the trailer to the new owner; the warranty is from original date of purchase and does not start over after re-sale. Purchased parts such as winches, lights, couplers, brakes, tongue jacks, and springs are covered at the manufacturer’s discretion. Parts with a separate, stand-alone warranty (axles, fans, tires, converters and any appliances) will be covered through the relevant parts manufacturer. The frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects provided by the frame manufacturer. Note that these warranties may not be transferable.

What is not covered?

Any items that were found modified or altered in any way; nor shall the warranty apply to any defect or malfunction which was caused by alterations, damage, unreasonable use, excessive use due to rental to other parties, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
The warranty will not cover damage caused by overloading the trailer beyond stated capacities, the use of improperly installed weight distribution hitches, or the use of an under-rated tow vehicle.
Due to the highly corrosive conditions a trailer may be exposed to, rust formation is not covered. Condensation on any window or other parts or any results of condensation is also not covered.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, fading or deterioration of fabrics, flooring, graphics or metal components – including weathering, discoloration, surface corrosion of unpainted surfaces or minor blemishes due to normal use.

Other Limitations

Races, bearings and seals are covered for 180 days from date of purchase. Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of
merchantability, shall be limited in duration to the one-year duration of the written limited warranty.
Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The use of any unit as part of a rental fleet or for commercial purposes voids this warranty.
The following are exclusions of the Aero Teardrops, LLC warranty:
● Loss of time
● Inconvenience
● Towing charges
● Travel expenses
● Lodging
● Telephone
● Gas
● Loss or damage to personal property or loss of wages
Aero Teardrops, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty expressed or implied.

Warranty Services
Upon discovery of a defect, please contact Aero Teardrops, LLC within 30 days by email or phone call. Please be prepared to provide the VIN number of the trailer along with your name and best mode of contact (along with hours, if necessary). If you have not registered your warranty, you may be asked to provide your bill of sale in order to verify the purchase date. All warranty work performed must be performed by or pre-approved by Aero Teardrops, LLC, or Aero Teardrops, LLC reserves the right to deny coverage.
