Terms and Conditions

Orders

All orders must have a completed and signed estimate or invoice with all information complete. All options, including colors and trailer name, must be chosen and the deposit received before the trailer is placed in the queue.

Promotions, Sales, and Specials

All promotions, sales, and specials are valid only for the dates and/or times (US Pacific Time) provided in the sale information and cannot be used on previously placed orders. At our discretion, we may honor these promotions for orders received up to one week before the promotion begins unless it is a promotion by another manufacturer, related to a specific trailer or location, or anything other than a general promotion for all new orders.

Quotes

Official quotes (also known as estimates) that are sent from Quickbooks are valid for one month from the initial quote provided. All prices from our Typeform Trailer Builder are for informational purposes only; these prices may change at any time.

Due Dates

All due dates given are estimated. Although Aero Teardrops will do its best to deliver a completed trailer in the date range provided, it cannot be guaranteed that a trailer will be done by a specific day due to potential supply chain disruptions and other extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that customers provide at least two weeks leeway between the estimated due dates and planned trips with the trailer.

Custom Options

All custom options require a minimum $50 fee. Exceptions are items that are interchangeable, such as hardware that the customer picks out and uses the same holes that the standard hardware uses. Interchangeable items must be purchased by the customer and delivered to the shop unless previously agreed upon.

Any custom paint colors will be charged the custom color fee of $250. Custom color swatches must be provided to Aero Teardrops, and we will do our best to match it using the paint supplier’s technology. Aero Teardrops cannot be held liable for minor changes in color shading due to this technology.

Changes

All options on signed order form/invoice are final unless an official change order form has been filled out and agreed upon by both parties. Email, phone, and in-person requests are not valid change requests unless accompanied by a signed change order request form. All change requests are subject to approval. Most changes will be charged a $50 change request fee.

Items that cannot be changed once order is placed:
● Trailer Type
● Floor color
● Accent color
● Powder-coating color
● Cabinet type
● Wood type
● Countertop laminate

These items can be added on at any point before pick-up without a change-order fee:
● Rooftop tents
● Awnings
● Ready-Lights
● Showers
● Tongue Boxes/Baskets
● Plug-in cooler
● Other 3rd party options that do not require revisions to the build

If not listed above, most options can be changed until the build has begun for a fee, including:
● Stargazer window
● Trailer name
● Side table
● Interior table
● Solar plug/wiring

All revisions are at Aero Teardrop’s discretion. Most changes will require a fee.

Trailer Pick-up

If the trailer is not picked up within 3 days of the agreed upon date, the customer will be charged a $25 fee per day to store the trailer. This fee will be added to the final cost of the trailer and due upon pick-up. Aero Teardrops may waive this fee in extenuating circumstances.

Trailer must be picked up no less than 2 weeks after the date the trailer was due to the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. After two weeks, the trailer will need to be stored off-site for an additional charge. If the trailer is not picked up within one month, the customer
forfeits deposit and Aero Teardrops will work to recoup the loss of income by selling the trailer to another party.

All costs must be paid for by check, ACH transfer, cash, or card before the trailer leaves the Aero Teardrops premises and paperwork is given. A 3% transaction fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable. In the case of a family emergency or death, at Aero Teardrops’ discretion, a partial refund may be given. If approved, a minimum 15% fee will be charged to cover employee time and ordered items. If the order is canceled within 30 days of estimated order completion, the fee is 50% of the deposit. In the case of bank financing, the order is final once the loan is fully executed. Alternatively, the trailer can be built and sold to recoup deposits and material costs. A refund will be issued after the sale of the trailer is final and funds have been received from the new owner.
